Alzu egg whites
Extra lean mince
Garlic and mushrooms


  1. Heat up pan and use cook in spray for it not to stick or burn

  2. Mix everything together and wait till pan is hot

  3. Add combo and reduce heat to below medium and cover with lid

  4. About 5-10min remove lid and place quiche like meal in round plate and cut into pizza shaped slices
